JAWS' annual Xmas bash

Now is the time we should start thinking about planning for the traditional JAWS Xmas bash. Can you at least announce that you'll be taking suggestions for programming, this Wed, Greg? Plus we should hash it starting late Oct. OMG, do we want to try for doing costumes at Halloween (already)? TIME: I...

pizza at the shows

Last month, Terry brought some pizza, which was ordered by those who came early enough, then paid for. I'm not sure how this worked, because it was my impression that some people arrived later - unless they went to the corner store earlier for some pop, after ordering their pizza first? But we had a...

start time - consistency please!!!

Last month (August), we started early, to accomodate extra new videos. I know that we mentioned showing this stuff the month before, but believe it or not, some of us didn't "connect the dots" and figure out that showing this stuff would take longer - and/or we just plain forgot come the next month....

Phins showcases her car - update / new website

As Karl has noted on his new website, he has had to change webhosts. His new URL: http://nekoseiproductions.com/ (I had to use Mozilla Firefox tho, as Internet Explorer wasn't co-operating.) So sorry I didn't look a couple of months back, I have been busy renovating Kim's new place. OMG - th...

Subject text doesn't reappear in Post A Reply

Wasn't the subject heading supposed to reappear in the Subject box when you Posted a Reply? That's the way I seem to remember it. Has it become shut off somehow? Now I have to copy and paste it in.

Pls fix post clock: CORRECTION

No, can that last posting of mine. You do have a site clock, at the top left of the forums page - and it's definitely TWO hours behind! Dunno where you're coming from. Again, it's 2 hours behind LOCAL time. Please fix!!! Thank U very much.

Schedule on Google Calendar

I tried the URLs, I get warning messages on this computer (not mine), then I tried opening them with Adobe and Internet Explorer - among the zillions of options. Adobe froze the computer when I tried to shut it off, I had to unplug it so that I could reboot it. Internet Explorer produced a bunch of ...

No link from old JAWS URL? + other comments

Well, I think as long as we have a reaonably decent functioning website otherwise - which has been the case - that we still have to consider all along this alternative in attracting both new and old members. At any rate, Anime Alberta still links to Karl's old site - and it now has a working link to...

Pls fix post clock

Well I'm trying to remember exactly what happened then. Actually, it is happening now. Yeah, I saw your stuff on the FAQ - as well as in your original reply. I think the problem is that my postings have weird times put on with them, for a completely different reason altogether. They get posted from ...

OK, sorry this is so tardy. I have been trying to fix Tigergirl's new place up all summer. I just talked to her, and the problem, so to speak, is in fact that the highest posting date only, is viewable on the page outside the actual postings themselves. So no, the problem is not with the link...

Insert Tab "A" into Slot "B"

Well OK. About this new screen that the other Greg has had donated to JAWS. Greg brought it and we had a look at it at the last showing in May. It does NOT attach to a tripod assembly. Instead it is a WALL screen. Since the Sentry Box would likely not accept a donation of this - or maybe they would ...

No link from old JAWS URL

Very sticky. :? :?: Somehow, we still haven't linked from the old JAWS URL to the new one. The old one still works on Google: http://members.shaw.ca/nekosei/ We also need to link to DOA and Anime Alberta etc., as these orgs still seem to have our old URL and not the new one. No wonder we're still si...

:? Uh, well, hmm, I just might have to agree with the President of JAWS: I noticed that you can't see (or at least I can't see :P) the date that a post was made. In the general index it lists the "last post" date & time but when you're actually reading the thread you can't tell when a post was made....

:?: Well, this is definitely sticky. Tigergirl has made a posting in the General  Suggestions forum as listed below - but when you go into the topic - nada. What's the glitch? I just talked to her by phone about this, and confirmed that she submitted it. Pls fix ASAP. { Wed Ju...
